REFUND / RETURN POLICY
We will gladly exchange or refund any product within 14 days of purchase,
providing the product has not been used and it is in it's original package.

Our shipping costs are not refundable.
You must E-mail us for a return authorization.
A 20% restocking fee is charged for refused or Non Deliverable packages.
There is a 10.00 UPS address correction fee for incorrect addresses.
(This is the fee UPS charges us for an incorrect address)
Shipping labels are made directly from the information
you provide on the order form.

OUT OF STOCK / BACK ORDERS
We do a tremendous volume on a daily basis and our warehouse
is almost always fully stocked. We must admit we still run out of certain
items from time to time. Our policy is to e-mail you of the situation
and offer you a different product, or the same product in a different
size, or it usually takes 3-5 days to fill your order as requested.

SHIPPING / HANDLING
We ship Monday through Friday. We are in the central daylight time zone.
If you have your order to us by 1:00 p.m. (our time) you can
expect your order 2 to 5 working days later. (See transit time map below)
This does not include Saturday or Sunday in calculating shipping times.
You will receive a shipping notice from UPS a couple
of hours after after we ship your package.
They will inform you of the expected arrival date
and will include a tracking number.
(This is assuming we have the correct e mail address)

SHIPPING FEES
Our shopping cart is programmed to go directly to the UPS server
and get the actual shipping fees and are calculated in real time.
